Greater Family Health received a special visit from State Representative Anna Moeller, along with staff members Evangeline Bero, District Director, and Julia Contreras, Community Outreach Coordinator, on Monday, February 13th, 2023. The visit was made to distribute Valentine’s Day cards as part of their annual “Hearts for Healthcare Heroes” campaign.
The “Hearts for Healthcare Heroes” campaign is a community outreach effort to express gratitude to those working in the healthcare industry. Created by State Representatives Suzanne Ness and Anna Moeller, the drive collected valentines and notes of appreciation to share with healthcare workers serving our community.
During the visit, Representative Moeller and her staff met with Greater Family Health team members at 450 Dundee Avenue, Elgin, IL 60120. The team members expressed their appreciation for the thoughtful gesture and were moved by the representatives’ support.
‘Certainly, Greater Family Health employees have remained steadfast in their commitment to providing care to residents of the community, regardless of the pandemic’ said President/CEO Bob Tanner. “It’s wonderful for them to receive such personalized items acknowledging the value of their role and efforts!” he continued.
