Greater Family Health is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving the medically uninsured, underinsured and publicly insured residents of Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane and McHenry counties.
Greater Family Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center which, in Fiscal Year 2025, provided the full range of quality, affordably priced, fully integrated primary care services to over 75,000 different persons via 241,000 medical, behavioral health, and dental appointments.

Funding
Since September 2002, Greater Family Health has been an established Federally Qualified Community Health Center. In this capacity, the Health Center receives operational support from the Department of Health and Human Services’ Bureau of Primary Health Care.
