Medication Assisted Treatment
Available at our Elgin, McHenry, Streamwood and Wheeling locations!
This program is available for any adult (18 years and older) who struggles with an Opioid Use Disorder. Patients can be referred to the MAT Program by their insurance, court system, substance abuse and mental health treatment providers, primary care providers, and self-referred. Through the program, participants will receive Buprenorphine (Suboxone) or Naltrexone (Vivitrol) in combination with Level 1 outpatient behavioral health counseling and group therapy. Our Sliding Fee Discount is available with this program.

You will meet with an MAT Provider to develop an Individualized Treatment Plan that will help you understand which of the services listed above can benefit you. If you need a service we do not provide; we will link you with other services to meet your needs.
Peer Recovery Support
Available at our Elgin and Sycamore locations.
Our Peer Recovery Support Specialist will help you become and stay engaged in the recovery process and reduce the likelihood of relapse. Peer Recovery Support Specialists have been successful in the recovery process themselves and can help others experiencing similar situations. Call to get connected today!
SMART Recovery Meetings:
Our SMART Recovery meetings will help you learn how to build and maintain motivation to abstain from addictive substances, cope with urges, manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and live a balanced life.
SMART Recovery meetings are currently not offered due to the pandemic. Stay tuned for updates!
