The nation’s premier body for assessing the quality and safety of care provided to patients fully renewed Greater Family Health’s accreditation, acknowledging Greater Family Health’s continued excellence in the provision of quality medical and dental care.
During the same survey, Greater Family Health also became one of the few medical practices in the State of Illinois to achieve Certification as a Primary Care Medical Home/Patient Centered Medical Home. This certification acknowledges our excellence regarding providing coordinated care via a team of skilled professionals for each of our patients.
