Greater Family Health is excited to announce the installation of a “211 Self-Help Kiosk,” in the patient waiting area of our 165 E Plank Rd. location in Sycamore, made possible through the support of Kishwaukee United Way. This 211 Self-Help Kiosk is an initiative funded by the Meta DeKalb Data Center Community Action Grant.
The 211 program is a vital resource for individuals in DeKalb County, helping with a variety of personal needs. By calling 211, residents can connect with someone who will direct them to community resources for shelter, food, rent/utility assistance, healthcare, and other essential services.
The new kiosk at our Health Center in Sycamore is designed to provide easy access to these resources, helping our patients and their families find the support they need. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Greater Family Health is committed to providing care to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We are proud to partner with organizations like Kishwaukee United Way to enhance the well-being of our community.
We invite our patients to explore the new kiosk. Together we can ensure that all members of our community in DeKalb county have access to the resources they need to thrive!
