For the third year in a row, for the period ending September 30, 2012, Greater Family Health exceeded Illinois Health Connect Quality of Care benchmarks. This time we again exceeded expectations in 5 different areas, further validating that Greater Family Health provides the highest quality of care for our patients!
This time, we were recognized for exceeding expectations in the areas of:
- Percent of women receiving breast cancer screening
- Percent of children under age 2 receiving development screening
- Percent of children under age 3 receiving development screening
- Percent of children under age 2 receiving lead screening
- Percent of children receiving proper asthma treatment
