On June 10th, 2018 Greater Family Health celebrated the 1st Annual Spirit Day, a day to acknowledge and express appreciation to all the Greater Family Health employees for their commitment and dedication to our mission.
This year’s Spirit Day was hosted at Randall Oaks Park and although it was a cloudy day, the rain held off during our picnic hours and we were able to enjoy a nice park outing. Greater Family Health employees and their families enjoyed tasty food and fun activities including face painting, balloon animal making and an incredibly convincing magic show.
Also, Greater Family Health’s annual S.P.I.R.I.T. of Excellence Award winners were announced during Spirit Day. S.P.I.R.I.T. of Excellence is our employee recognition program through which Greater Family Health patients and staff nominate Greater Family Health employees who have made a positive difference and who have demonstrated one or more of Greater Family Health’s organizational values. Employees nominated by their peers and patients are recognized monthly. Employees who receive multiple nominations in a quarter are recognized as Quarterly Top Performers. The S.P.I.R.I.T. of Excellence Award winners are selected from the Quarterly Top Performers.
