We are less than two months away from the Grand Opening of Greater Family Health’s new Greater Family Health, located at 373 Summit Street in Elgin. Our staff has been arduously preparing for The Big Move and we will be ready to open our new doors on May 21st, 2018 at 6:00am.
On May 18th, 2018 Greater Family Health (located at 901 Center Street in the old Sherman Hospital) and the current Greater Family Health (located at 370 Summit Street) will be officially closed. Patients who were previously seen at these Health Centers will now be seen at the New Greater Family Health at 373 Summit Street in Elgin starting on May 21st, 2018. Patients will receive care from the same practitioners they have come to know and trust, with the same superior quality of care that Greater Family Health is known for.
