We have exciting news to share! For some time now, we have been planning to relocate some of our Elgin Health Centers to better, more centrally-located facilities – The Big Move.
Earlier this year, Greater Family Health began renovating the vacant building across the street from our current Greater Family Health – 373 Summit Street in Elgin. It is expected that renovations will be completed in May and the NEW Greater Family Health, at 373 Summit Street in Elgin, will be open to our patients on Monday, May 21st, 2018.
With this exciting opening of our new Greater Family Health comes a few other changes to our other Elgin locations. Greater Family Health, located at 901 Center Street in the old Sherman Hospital, and Greater Family Health at 370 Summit Street, will both officially close as of Friday, May 18th, 2018. All patients from these two locations will be receiving care at the new Greater Family Health at 373 Summit Street beginning Monday, May 21st, 2018.
The new Greater Family Health will have the same hours of services, as well as the same practitioners patients know and love, the same quality and level of care that Greater Family Health is known for, and some additional perks including a brand new, state-of-the-art building, and roomy parking lots.
We are very excited for this move and can’t wait for our patients to see our new Greater Family Health at 373 Summit Street. We’ll be planning a Grand Opening and Open House this coming summer – so stay tuned!
