Greater Family Health’s new Health Center, located at 135 E Irving Park Rd, Streamwood, IL, is on schedule to open on August 8th, 2012 at 8:00 am!
This Health Center will be open 6 days a week and offer Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, an on-site full service laboratory, and many more quality health services. To schedule an appointment, please call 630-313-5300.
