Greater Family Health celebrated its annual Top Performers at the 2014 S.P.I.R.I.T. of Excellence Banquet on Monday, June 23rd, 2014.
Nominated over the past year by both Greater Family Health patients and staff members, Greater Family Health’s 2014 Top Performers are:
- Care Partner – Roseann Baldwin
- Organizational Support – Anabel Martinez
- Patient Liaison – Cynthia Corral
- Practitioner – Debra Rasmussen, NP-C
Greater Family Health’s S.P.I.R.I.T. of Excellence program is an internal employee recognition program, conceived and implemented by Greater Family Health professionals. Nominations for the four award categories are received on an on-going basis and are submitted by both Greater Family Health patients and staff members.
Each of the 2014 Top Performers is a Greater Family Health employee:
- Roseann Baldin, Certified Medical Assistant (Care Partner): Roseanne has been with Greater Family Health for 5 years. This is the third staff recognition award that Roseann has received.
- Cynthia Corral, AS, (Patient Liaison): Cynthia joined Greater Family Health a little over a year ago as a Unit Clerk. Cynthia possess an Associates of Science in Health Information Technology and just recently has been promoted to a Billing Specialist.
- Anabel Martinez, BA (Organizational Support): Anabel has been with Greater Family Health for over 5 years. She possess a Bachelor of Art in Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. Anabel started her career with Greater Family Health as a receptionist and was promoted to Reception Coordinator in 2013.
- Debra Rasmussen, RN, BSN, MSN, NP-C: Deb Rasmussen is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides patient care full-time at Greater Family Health’s Greater Family Health in Sycamore, IL. Deb holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.
Greater Family Health offers primary health care services via 29 Health Centers, seven of which are full-time locations in Elgin, McHenry, Streamwood and Sycamore. Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Psychiatry, Dental Care and an array of supportive services are offered. The organization presently provides care to over 34,000 people via over 111,000 medical and dental appointments annually.
