On August 31, 2011, the Capital Development Board informed Greater Family Health that Greater Family Health will soon be awarded over $2.6M in capital funds via the Community Health Center Construction Act signed into law by Governor Quinn in 2009. Funding for Greater Family Health’s capital projects are part of Governor Quinn’s Illinois Jobs Now! capital construction program and are administered through the state’s Capital Development Board. Greater Family Health will use the funds to expand/develop three Health Center locations in its service are. Stay tuned for more details!
