Greater Family Health is proud to announce the opening of our 11th Health Center in Franklin Park, IL. The new Health Center will be located at 10225 Grand Avenue, Franklin Park, IL 60131 and will open its doors on July 25th, 2022.
After several years of planning and delay due to the pandemic, Greater Family Health is excited to further expand its high-quality, affordable primary health care services, focusing on residents of Franklin Park, Schiller Park, Stone Park, Northlake, unincorporated Cook and DuPage Counties and the surrounding communities.
The new Health Center will offer:
- Adult and Senior Health: Services include sick care, chronic disease management, work and annual physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, and gynecology for women.
- Pediatrics: We can help your child grow strong and healthy with well child care, sick care, and immunizations.
- Behavioral Health: Services include mental health counseling/therapy for individuals, families and groups and Medication Assisted Treatment.
- Patient Support Services: Including translation services, health benefits enrollment, sliding fee schedule for qualifying uninsured patients, care management, discounted pharmaceuticals, and we welcome most insurances!
The Health Center in Franklin Park will feature 15 examination rooms, 2 behavioral health offices, a full-service laboratory operated by LabCorp, and a CLIA-waived laboratory for point-of-care testing. 3 full-time practitioners, including Medical Director Dr. Engjellush Sadik and 2 Physician Assistants, all of whom are already providing care to Greater Family Health patients, will be leading care provision.

A Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration for community partners will occur on Thursday, August 25, 2022, 4:30 – 6:00 pm, with the program beginning at 5:15 pm.
