My passion is working with individuals to help them gain understanding about themselves as well as provide them with the tools they need to live a purposeful and meaningful life. Through my experience in community mental and school-based services, I have been able to cultivate a safe space for clients to grow. By using a client-centered approach, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in various capacities and with various concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, mood disorders, and adjustments. I aim to provide compassion, empathy, and genuineness to all sessions.
