My approach to therapy is from a holistic point of view, which seeks to understand all factors that contribute to an individual’s present state of being. As a therapist, my goal is to assist individuals to accomplish their identified goals and enhance their ability to self-regulate emotions. 

My experience includes working in private and public sectors servicing individuals that are experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. Additionally, I have worked with the homeless population assisting with connections to social supportive services and housing.
