It is a privilege for me to be able to provide therapy services for individuals experiencing life struggles. I have worked in a child and family therapy setting, private practice, and a residential inpatient program for alcohol and drug addiction. While working with teens battling addiction, I utilized dialectical behavioral therapy practicing mindfulness and grounding tools. While providing psychotherapy with children and adults, cognitive behavioral therapy is my preferred modality. I have my clients challenge distorted thoughts with new ways of thinking, stay present, and progress to changed behaviors. Additionally, I’ve gained specific experience with the neurodivergent community, individuals taking on caretaker roles, suicidal ideation, depression, and anxiety.
