Our most-recent Patient Satisfaction Survey period took place between April 20 – 25, 2020. The results from this survey period are now available in each of our Health Center pages.
During this survey period, English and Spanish surveys were offered to every exiting patient or parent/guardian receiving care in every Greater Family Health Center.
We are glad to report that our results this period were wonderful, and we received hundreds of positive comments from our patients.
