Greater Family Health Grows by Over 10%

January 18, 2016: 2015 data indicates that the volume of care provided by Greater Family Health grew by over 10% when compared against 2014.

The total number of patients cared for by Greater Family Health also grew, by almost 9%, in 2015 over 2014.

The growth marks the 14th consecutive year that Greater Family Health has grown in both volume of care provided and the number of patients cared for. Greater Family Health has never experienced a year in which its care and patient volumes did not grow.

Preliminary data, prepared for the submission of the annual Uniform Data System report, indicates that Greater Family Health provided care to over 40,700 different persons via almost 139,000 appointments in 2015. In 2014, Greater Family Health provided care to over 37,600 patients via almost 126,000 appointments.

Greater Family Health has also been twice recognized as a National Health Center Quality Leader and Clinical Quality Improver, garnering the Federal recognitions in each year they have been awarded.

Since becoming a Federally Qualified Health Center in 2002, patients cared for by Greater Family Health have grown from 200 patients to over 40,700 annually. Patient appointments have grown from 600 annually to almost 139,000 annually.
