Maintaining a healthy balance of physical and mental health is important for all of us. As a clinical social worker, my goal is to assist individuals seeking to relieve their mental health and substance use issues by restoring hope and empowerment. My experience includes working in a private practice as a psychotherapist with adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorder diagnosis.  Additionally, I have experience working with youth that are identified as having serious behavioral issues and have worked with individuals that are diagnosed with a substance use disorder in a residential inpatient setting. In 2018, I completed training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York, New York and practice following cognitive and behavioral concepts.
