About Your Appointment
Greater Family Health patients have access to many of our great services including evening and weekend hours, next-day and same-day appointments, walk-in appointments, and more. To ensure all of our patients have access to these services, we ask patients to prepare for their appointments with the following requests.
New Patients
New patients are required to check in with reception 30 minutes before the appointment time to complete New Patient forms. Photo ID, insurance card (or proof of income for uninsured patients), and a list of current medications is required.
Existing Patients
Existing patients are required to check in with reception 15 minutes before the appointment time. Insurance card (or proof of income for uninsured patients), and a list of current medications is required.
Walk-In Process
When walking in, patients will be placed on a queue and will be seen when a scheduled patient does not show up to their appointment in the order they arrive. Patients who walk in without an appointment are not guaranteed to be seen.
Same Day Appointments
Patients who have established care at Greater Family Health have access to same day appointments. When seeking a same day appointment, patients should call first thing in the morning at 7 AM Monday – Saturday.
