A Message from Spencer:
Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are NOT a sign of weakness, they are a sign that we have tried to remain too strong for too long. As a therapist having worked in the rewarding field of mental health for many years, I have discovered that people hold the key to their own recovery. I would welcome the opportunity and privilege to walk with you on your life path as together we determine the best method for helping you. As an eclectic therapist, I believe in using a variety of therapies to find what works best for you. I specialize in working with depression and anxiety. The truth is that anyone can begin to manage depression and anxiety and find peace, joy, and the real connection. The seeds of depression and anxiety are planted in the mind and I can teach you how to stop watering them. Every therapist has had his or her own journey learning to embrace the pain that life can bring at times. The more we try to escape from pain, the more pain we bring upon ourselves. I can teach you how to accept and embrace your pain so that you can heal.
