On Saturday, September 18th, 2021, Greater Family Health was honored by the Elgin Community College Foundation at the Foundation's Gala.
Elgin Community College’s President Dr. David Sam presented Greater Family Health with the Lasting Impact Award, in acknowledgment of Greater Family Health’s heroism throughout the pandemic. The Gala, hosted at the Q Centre in St. Charles, recognized a number of organizations, community members, alumni and students for their impact on the community and the College.
Noting the ongoing dedication, perseverance and flexibility demonstrated by Greater Family Health professionals, especially during the past 17 months, Dr. Sam presented the award to Bob Tanner, President/CEO of Greater Family Health.
“The staff of Greater Family Health continue to be dedicated to respectful, accessible and affordable quality primary health care, including throughout the pandemic,’ said Tanner. “Their ongoing dedication to their clients and patients, and our mission, is an inspiration to me and deserves every ounce of acknowledgment and appreciation possible!’
