As a provider, I strive to focus on educating my patients on disease prevention and health promotion to sustain a healthy lifestyle. I look to assist in improving the access and delivery of healthcare to all in the community I serve. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am an advocate for each of my patients, focusing on health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention, leading to positive health outcomes to include adherence, quality of life, and patient’s knowledge of illness and self-management of care. My goal is to focus on individuals who need care the most, and bring it to them.
