I am committed to helping women understand their bodies and improve their overall health and wellness. I promote preventive healthcare through counseling for everything from sexually transmitted infections, cancer screenings, preconception care, infertility, and menopause. I have volunteered for numerous surgery missions to the Philippines and have worked with the wonderful citizens of Leyte, Pasig, Legazpi, and Calbayog. My interests outside of medicine include spending time outdoors, exploring local restaurants, spinning classes, and trying new healthy recipes at home.
