It is an honor to provide care to the communities served by our Health Centers. I believe that access to affordable, safe, quality-assured, and value-driven health care is a basic human right. We all prosper when our communities are healthy and able to live a full life. My personal philosophy is to address both the biologic and social determinants that influence health. This involves the application of preventative care, disease screening and evidence-based management of chronic disease.
