Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Information for Greater Family Health Patients

As you know, a coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, is spreading throughout the world and the United States. Greater Family Health is following the guidance from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the Center(s) for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that our staff, our patients, and our communities are safe during this evolving situation.

Please be aware that all our Health Centers remain open and actively providing care to our patients during this time.
If you are experiencing symptoms similar to the flu or pneumonia, including cough, fever, and shortness of breath, please call our offices before coming in.

In addition to following the guidelines from IDPH and CDC, Greater Family Health is also implementing our existing Infection Control Plan to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. Greater Family Health’s Infection Control Plan includes procedures such as diligent hand-hygiene, disinfecting of surfaces, and isolation of patients with communicable diseases.
